| Each character on GURPG has a specific class in which they belong to. This reflects what weapons they are able to use and what skills they can preform. The many classes are as follows: Classes -Adept Rogue: - Spoiler:
The jack of all trades, the Adept Rogue is a class capable of using multiple classes at once, able to switch between them at will. Unlike other classes, its users do not specialize in a single weapon, or form of combat. Instead of practicing in the use of a particular type of weapon, an Adept Rogue acquires several forms through a "Job Extend," each of which allows him or her to use a different weapon type. The Adept Rogue can also pick freely between any of the three armor types, being the lightweight Robes, the mid-level Light Armor, and the highly-protective Heavy Armor. To ensure balance, the Adept Rouge selects classes based off a point system. The Adept Rouge has four points that they can use to select classes with. The class values are as follows:
Blade Brandier - 1 Point Edge Punisher - 1 Point Twin Blade - 1 Point Flick Reaper - 2 Points Lord Partizan - 2 Points Tribal Grappler - 2 Points Macabre Dancer - 3 Points Harvest Cleric - 3 Points Shadow Warlock - 3 Points Steam Gunner - 3 Points Dual Gunner - 3 Points
An Adept Rouge will start with their first class and obtain the others as they level up. A "Job Extend" quest will be available for Adept Rogues and their party once they reach level 20. Once an Adept Rouge unlocks every selected class, they will learn an ability known as Multi-Trigger, allowing them to near instantly switch weapons while preforming skills, being able to combo them up in one massive attack.
An Adept Rogue's stats are very balanced and independent of their chosen Jobs. Because of this, an Adept Rogue is generally "mediocre at everything", instead of being highly specialized like the other classes, due to them needing to put stats in usually every catagory. This is the reason why Adept Rogues are usually not picked, for that their stats do not make them overly powerful like the other classes, but can handle almost any situation.
-Blade Brandier: - Spoiler:
The Blade Brandier is a more balanced class in terms of attack and speed, they excel in the way of the sword. Blade Brandiers wield medium-sized, one-handed, or katana-like swords in battle. They can equip Light Armor. -Macabre Dancer: - Spoiler:
Macarbre Dancers are a Mage/Cleric class are built to be hybrid support classes. They are the expert class for status effects and parameter changes, and are very balanced casters, learning both healing and attack spells. Macarbre Dancers can not learn skills naturally. Instead, they must buy every skill in order to learn them. Macarbre Dancers wield dual fans as their weapons. The Dancer also supports magic abilities, combining the devastating attack spells of the Shadow Warlock and the supporting spells of the Harvest Cleric. They can equip Robes. -Edge Punisher: - Spoiler:
Edge Punishers excel in physical attacking, especially against armored foes. Edge Punishers also have higher defense from the heavy armors they can equip. Edge Punishers wield massive broadswords larger than their bodies. They can equip Heavy Armor.
-Flick Reaper: - Spoiler:
The Flick Reapers excel at medium range combat with area attacks. Their skills are built with a wide AoE to dispatch many enemies in close range, allowing them to get in a crowd and easily scramble it. They "flick" multiple enemies and push them away before they can get close enough for melee attacks. Flick Reapers, as the name suggests, wield reaper scythes. They can equip Heavy Armor.
-Harvest Cleric: - Spoiler:
The Harvest Cleric class is normally a full support class with very few attack spells, but majors in the healing arts that allow them to replenish HP and SP buff players, and even resurrect fallen players. The Harvest Clerics wield staves as their weapon. They can equip Robes.
-Lord Partizan: - Spoiler:
Lord Partizans have good medium range attacks. The Lord Partizan wields lances as their weapon of choice. They can equip Heavy Armor. -Shadow Warlock: - Spoiler:
The Shadow Warlock is a full offensive mage class; they are all about using spells and debuffs to dominate the battle. The Shadow Warlocks wield Grimoires as their weapon. They can equip Robes.
-Steam Gunner: - Spoiler:
Steam Gunners are the physical equivalent of Shadow Warlocks. Their weapons are a combination of a rifle with a sword attached as a bayonet. Their shots are skills that operate exactly the same way spells do, but deal physical damage instead. Steam Gunners' shots have greater range than any other physical hit. The Steam Gunner wields Bayonets as weapons. They can equip Light Armor.
-Tribal Grappler: - Spoiler:
The Tribal Grapplers is a class built around speed. They are designed to get in close to do the damage and then get out before they can be hit. Tribal Grapplers wield fist based weapons ranging from gloves to gauntlets to large animal paws. They can equip Light Armor.
-Twin Blade: - Spoiler:
Twin Blades are the most balanced class in The World. They are noted for their superior traveling speed and hit rate. Twin Bladers wield a pair of short twin blades. They can equip Light Armor. -Dual Gunner: - Spoiler:
The dual gunner is a special class which uses twin pistols to fight. The class is built around speed, and the bullets fired from the twin pistols work off magic damage. Dual Gunners glide over the surface of the ground instead of running in battle, letting them move and attack at the same time. Dual Gunners wield a pair of pistols. They can equip Light Armor
